RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items 

Return Process To initiate a return:

  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange this.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping)
