Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
Return Process To initiate a return:

- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund to your original payment method
- Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange this.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping)
