SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD (2-3 business days)

International:

• Standard International Shipping: $30.00 AUD (10-21 business days depending on destination)

Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to Australia and 27 international countries. Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to customs processing (for international orders), public holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
